Sixteen Kansas Lottery PlayOn members have won $500 in cold hard cash in the Mid-Winter Cash Explosion second-chance promotion! 

To enter, players entered their winning and non-winning tickets into PlayOn to earn points, and then used those points to buy an entry into the promotion. Each entry required 150 points. There were 341,601 overall entries in the promotion.
