Kansas Lottery players entered the promotion by redeeming 249 PlayOn® points per entry from September 20 to October 10, 2021. Players can earn points by submitting winning and non-winning tickets in the program and engaging in PlayOn activities. There were 23,929 entries in the Kansas Lottery’s second-chance drawing.
